Empower Network’s New Uniline Plan

There are no doubts that Empower Network’s new ground-breaking Uni|ine Compensation Plan will skyrocket us ahead of every other company in our industry.

David Wood’s genius plan (which he admits, he thought of in about 5 minutes) is set to make Empower Network affiliates more money and more sales than every before.

But how does this Uni-Line thing work?

To be honest, our Support Team is learning the new compensation plan right alongside you.

There is a steep learning curve for all of us, but remember, as Dave said himself…

“You don’t need to understand it for it to make you money.”

It’s really as simple as that.

Chris Jones & the Empower Network Marketing Team made this super neat video to explain the UniLine compensation plan in simplistic terms.

The UniLine system is a blended compensation plan involving a ranking system, commission percentages, and bonuses based on qualifications.

All of it ties together with the goal of making each individual affiliate as much money as possible.

UniLine Ranks

Qualifications (ranks) are achieved for a one-month period, and are applied to the following month.

For example, if Tim achieves the rank of Boss from his sales earned in October, then he will be a “Boss” for the duration of November. However, Tim will need to re-qualify as a Boss during the month of November, to secure his rank for December.

Remember, each of these ranks is achieved during ONE CALENDAR MONTH.

The UniLine ranking system is as follows.

Boss – 5 new front-end sales of any product (in one month)

Boss Maker – 1 person in your line bringing in 5 people (in one month)

Boss Maker Silver – Achieve Boss Maker, and earn $5,000 in commissions (in one month)

Bronze – Earn $2,000 in commissions (in one month)

Silver – Earn $5,000 in commissions (in one month)

Gold – Earn $10,000 in commissions (in one month)

Platinum – Earn $20,000 in commissions (in one month)

Diamond – Earn $30,000 in commissions (in one month)

Benefits of the New UniLine Compensation Plan

There are lots of benefits to this new compensation plan, and LOTS of different ways to earn money.

  • Earn up to 70% on direct sales (as opposed to a maximum of 56% on sales with our previous compensation plan)
  • Rank advancement bonuses
  • Residual income & high ticket commissions on single-purchase products
  • Weekly payout via our in-house merchant account, GPG
  • Generational overrides (according to your placement in the UniLine)

The 2 Things That Haven’t Changed

There are two rules that have not changed between Empower Network’s old compensation plan, and the new UniLine plan.

1. How you qualify to earn commissions (like, ANY commissions)

Before you can even participate in the compensation plan and earn money as an affiliate, you need to qualify to earn commissions. This is completely different from “qualifying” for ranks.

In order to earn any money in Empower Network on a specific product, you need to complete one of the following actions:
A. Buy the product
B. Make one sale of that product, which completely passes up
Basically, you either need to BUY IT or SELL IT to start earning commissions on “it”. “It” refers to any product in the Empower Network system.

2. Available payout on each product

Just like with our previous compensation plan, 30% of each product sale is taken off the top and goes to Empower Network. We use this money to invest in future improvements, systems, and develop our infrastructure.

70% is available as commission to qualified affiliates.

UniLine Rank Advancement Bonuses

Bonuses?! Did someone say BONUSES?!

Depending on your rank advancement, the UniLine compensation pays you BONUS money to recognize your achievement.

For each bonus there will be two product categories – subscription-based products and single-purchase products.

Subscription Products: Kalatu Basic, Kalatu Premium, & Inner Circle
Single-Purchase Products: Top Producer Formula, Team Building Formula, & Mass Influence Formula

We will explain what each bonus is, and then break down how that bonus is paid, depending on if it is a subscription product or a one-time purchase product.

  • Direct Sales Bonus – The sponsor keeps a set % on each qualifying sale made (purchase or sell).  This % is NOT dependent on rank.  Direct Sales Bonuses are for personal sales only. (You keep set % on each personal sale you make)
Subscription products (includes trials)
Up to 100% commission on 1st month subscription only

One-time Products (includes bundles)
30% commission for product
  • Producer Bonus – Earn additional % on products based on your current rank.  Producer bonuses reward commissions to people who are BOSS and/or BOSS MAKER.
Subscription Products – 20% total
BOSS = +5%
BOSS MAKER = +10%
BOSS MAKER SILVER = +5%Although the total available commission is 20%, each affiliate can only earn a maximum of 15% from the Producer Bonus. If BOSS MAKER SILVER is achieved, the affiliate will no longer receive the 5% for BOSS in that calendar month.

One Time Products – 55% Total = 30%(INITIAL) + 10%(BOSS) + 10%(BOSS MAKER) + 5% (BOSS MAKER SILVER)
BOSS = +10%
BOSS MAKER = +10%
BOSS MAKER SILVER = +5%Although the total available commission is 55%, each affiliate can only earn a maximum of 15% from the Producer Bonus. If BOSS MAKER SILVER is achieved, the affiliate will no longer receive the 5% for BOSS in that calendar month.
  • Builder Bonus – Earn additional % on products based on your current rank.  Producer bonuses reward commissions to people who are BRONZE and/or SILVER.
Subscription Products – Up to 35% total
BRONZE = +10%
SILVER = +10%

One time Products – Up to 60% total
Bronze = +5%
Silver = +5%
  • Leadership Bonus – Earn leadership bonuses on product sales, based on your current rank.  Leadership Bonuses reward commissions to people who achieve GOLD, PLATINUM, and DIAMOND.  These are paid through two generations up the UniLine.
Subscription Products – 35% total
GOLD = 10% (5% two generations)
PLATINUM = 10% (5% two generations)
DIAMOND = 15% (7.5% two generations)An additional 35% of subscription-based products is available to those who qualify for the Leadership Bonus. This 35% is paid through two generations of Gold ranks, two generations of Platinum ranks, and two generations of Diamond ranks. The 35% is split as you see above.
One Time Products – 10% total
Diamond = 10% (5% two generations)

An additional 10% of one-time purchase products is available to Diamonds who qualify for the Leadership Bonus, which is divided equally between two generations of Diamond ranks.
